Managing Successful Programmes is a framework for successfully delivering large-scale, transformational change through a dossier of related projects and related activities.
This two-day course equips you with a realistic and practical opportunity to consolidate their understanding of the MSP® method, including its structure, processes and themes. It will help prepare you for the Practitioner examination which is intended to assess whether you can demonstrate sufficient ability to apply and tailor the MSP® framework. This is an intensive two-day course that helps prepares you for the MSP® Practitioner examination. You must hold the MSP® 5th Edition Foundation qualification in order to satisfy the prerequisite requirement for the MSP® 5th Edition Practitioner exam.re_end] This course would be suitable for: You must hold the MSP® 5th Edition Foundation qualification in order to satisfy the prerequisite requirement for the MSP® 5th Edition Practitioner exam. There is mandatory online pre-course work that must be undertaken prior to attending this course. It is expected that it will take approximately six to eight hours to complete. You will be sent full instructions with a link to the online pre-course within 48 hours of your confirmed booking. In addition, whilst attending your course there will also be some examination preparation evening work. Exams are taken online via remote proctor. You will be sent an email invitation approximately two weeks prior to course commencement to register on the Peoplecert portal. Once registered you will be able to book your online exam at a date and time of your choice. You are responsible for booking your own exam.
