Pass Protect, offered by TSG Training, is a valuable option for those concerned about the possibility of not passing their exam on the first attempt. It acts like an insurance policy, allowing you to resit your exam at a significantly reduced rate. Pass Protect covers one resit per exam purchased, so you don’t have to worry about the cost of an additional attempt if you don’t pass initially.
How Does Pass Protect Work?
If you do not pass your exam on the first try, you can activate Pass Protect by submitting your exam results to TSG Training within three months of your initial exam. You’ll need to provide your order reference number when requesting the resit. Once your claim is processed, you’ll receive a voucher for a resit exam, which remains valid for up to 12 months.

* Pass Protect is available only at the point of original purchase.
* If you choose not to purchase Pass Protect initially, you cannot add it after the fact, even if you fail the exam.
* Pass Protect covers only the specific exam purchased and cannot be transferred to other exams or redeemed for cash or credit.
* If you fail to attend your resit or don’t reschedule within the terms provided, you forfeit the use of the Pass Protect voucher.
