When will I receive my exam code?
Your exam code is usually sent by email within 24 hours of purchasing your training course and exam. If it has not arrived after this time, please check your junk folder or contact courseadmin@tsg-training.co.uk for support.
How long is an exam voucher valid after redemption?
Voucher expiry periods are set by the relevant examining body and can differ depending on the certification. Before redeeming your code, make sure you are ready to arrange your exam. If you would like guidance on voucher validity before redeeming, email courseadmin@tsg-training.co.uk.
Can an expired exam voucher be extended?
Expired vouchers or redemption codes cannot be renewed once they have passed their validity date. In these cases, a new exam purchase will be required.

Can I change or move an exam booking?
If you need to rearrange an exam booking, contact courseadmin@tsg-training.co.uk as soon as possible. Charges may apply for rescheduling, cancellations, transfers or voucher extensions, depending on the examining body and exam terms.
