Whether you’re comparing study options, confirming accreditation or deciding which course is most closely aligned with your career goals you’re bound to have questions before making a purchase.
Many TSG courses are accredited by recognised bodies such as ISTQB and iSQI, while others focus on developing practical capability in areas such as JavaScript, Python, GitHub and data analysis. Course pages should indicate whether you’ll receive an official certification, but our team can guide you if you are unsure which route is right for your goals.
Yes. Our team works with organisations to create tailored programmes aligned to your specific goals and challenges. This can help businesses develop technical capability and enhance team performance.
The majority of courses are delivered through our live virtual classroom study option this enables you to join instructor-led training remotely. You’ll benefit from real-time tutor interaction and the structure of classroom learning without the need to travel.
For a select number of courses, we also offer in-person classroom training or eLearning. Our eLearning enables you to learn online at your own pace, with the flexibility to work through course content in a way that fits around your schedule.
There are several ways you can pay for your training. You can pay by credit or debit card and receive a VAT receipt once the payment has been processed, or arrange payment by bank transfer using details supplied by our team.
For learners who want to spread the cost, payment may also be available through PayPal ‘Pay in 3’ or Splitit, with options to pay over three, six or 12 months.
We can also issue a pro-forma invoice for full payment, or invoice your company on 30-day payment terms when a valid purchase order is provided.
Our courses include a selection of digital learning materials and online resources. These FAQs explain how you can access this content and what to expect before your course begins.
You will receive instructions before your course begins. Your course materials will usually be provided as downloadable PDF files, so you can prepare for your training and refer back to them during the course.
Once your eLearning purchase is complete, you will receive an email with login details for the ILX Hub. You will need an internet connection to access this.
For the best learning experience, we recommend using a laptop, desktop computer or tablet. Mobile phones may not display the course content correctly.
For courses that include a digital manual or eBook, you will receive an email invitation to register with the relevant online portal. Once your registration is complete, you will be able to access the digital version of your course manual.
For live virtual classroom or classroom courses, this invitation is usually sent around two days before the course start date. For eLearning courses, access details are normally sent within 48 hours of purchase.
Please note that access periods may vary depending on the examining body aligned to your course.
If you choose to purchase a printed course manual, it will be sent to your chosen address approximately two weeks before the start of your live virtual classroom or classroom course.
For eLearning purchases, hard copy manuals are usually dispatched within 48 hours of purchase.
TSG is part of the ILX Group of training providers, alongside PRINCE2.com and StayAhead. As a result, our eLearning materials are delivered through the ILX Hub. This gives learners access to established online courseware and supporting resources while still receiving the specialist training and support provided by TSG.
