With our guarantee, you will be able to sit for one additional course within 6 months of receiving your results without any extra fees (excluding exams fees). You’ll also have access to expert advice and guidance from experienced tutors who are available 5 days per week via email or social media channels. We are here to help make sure that taking your exams is not only successful but enjoyable too!
Subsequent course attendance in the event of failure will incur an exam only fee and an admin fee of £35+VAT.
Exam re-takes are charged as follow and must be taken within 6 months of receiving your results:

- BCS ISTQB Advanced Level exams – £295
Online exams
- BCS ISTQB Foundation level exams £225
- BCS ISTQB Advanced Level exams – £295
Plus a £35+VAT admin fee.
