Unless agreed otherwise, all payments must be received within 14 working days of the booking date or prior to the course start date whichever is the earliest. Failure to pay within this time may result in the course place being cancelled subject to the cancellation terms below. Any transfer or cancellation made within 4 weeks of any of the course start dates, will be subject to the charges outlined below.
Cancellations
> 4 weeks’ notice – TSG Training reserves the right to charge an administration fee of up to £50.
2-4 weeks’ notice – 50%.
< 2 weeks notice – 100%.
Transfers
> 4 weeks’ notice – TSG Training reserves the right to charge an administration fee of up to £50.
2-4 weeks’ notice – 25%.
2 weeks – 5 days – 50%.
< 5 days – 100%.
All transfers must be made within 6 months of advising TSG Training, where appropriate. all courses must be sat within 12 months of the original course booking date.
Please note that all onsite courses will incur expenses and any non recoverable expenses for any courses will be charged at cost for all cancellations and reschedules/transfers.
- Exam fees are normally non – refundable and may be charged at cost.
- All cancellations and transfers must be confirmed in writing or the full fee will be payable.
- All cancellation charges are applied at the discretion of the Managing Director.
- We reserve the right to make changes to our terms and conditions and it is the users responsibility to check for updates.
Minimum Numbers Policy
We reserve the right to make alternative arrangements for courses with low numbers, as stated below. Certified Agile Tester = 6 delegates. All other courses in regional locations = 5 delegates. London courses (exc CAT) = no minimum numbers.
