During this two-day SAFe® for Teams course, attendees will gain an in-depth understanding of the ART, how it delivers value, and what they can do to effectively perform their role using Scrum, Kanban, and XP.
You’ll also learn how to write stories and break down features, plan and execute iterations, and plan Program Increments. Finally, you’ll learn about the continuous delivery pipeline and DevOps culture, how to effectively
integrate with other teams in the program, and what it takes to continuously improve the train.
This two-day tutor-led course includes lectures, exercises and practical work and is delivered by an accredited SAFe practitioner.
Who is it for?
There are no pre-requisites for this SAFe for Teams course. However, an understanding of Agile concepts and terminology, awareness of Scrum, Kanban and XP, a working knowledge of software and hardware development processes is highly recommended for people intending to take the SAFe Practitioner (SP) certification exam. It will benefit:
- Team members who apply Lean and Agile at scale
- All members of an Agile Release Train preparing for launch

The Exam
The examination consists of a closed book, web-based multiple choice exam. Candidates have 90 minutes (1.5 hours) to complete 45 questions, with a score of 35 (78%) required to pass.
