What is Pass Protect

Pass Protect, available through TSG Training, gives you the option to resit an exam at a significantly reduced cost if you don’t pass your first attempt. This add-on service acts like an insurance policy, covering one resit for each exam purchased.

Cost Savings With Pass Protect:
By choosing to add Pass Protect, you’ll save £125+VAT on an ISTQB Foundation level exam and £195+VAT on an ISTQB Advaned level exam if you need to resit. This option is available at the time of purchase and ensures you don’t pay extra unless necessary.

How to Claim Pass Protect
If you fail your exam, simply forward your official results to TSG Training along with your order reference to claim your re-sit. You must request the resit within three months of your initial exam.
